Stop by the carnival and take a look. The site is heavily focused on sports with some fitness and workout information as well.

The article has also appeared in the 27th Carnival of Running and I am also fortunate enough to have had my story appear in the Carnival of Miracles, which I guess tells you how intelligent the endeavor was on my part if my surviving qualifies as a miracle!
