TODAY’S TRAINING INSPIRATION:
TERRY BRADSHAW

Today’s Colin Timberlake Training Inspiration is a man who established himself as one of the greatest pressure performers in sports history, and one of the key examples of bringing his best game when it mattered the most.

Terry Bradshaw was not a numbers quarterback. In his fourteen-year NFL career, he only had seven games where he threw 300 passing yards…but three of those came in the playoffs and two of them in the Superbowl game.

He retired with the NFL records for Superbowl performance with 9 touchdowns and 932 total passing yards in his four Superbowl appearances.

All four of those appearances were victories, and his four Superbowl wins in a six-year span with the Pittsburgh Steelers still stands as arguably the greatest dynasty in NFL history.

Bradshaw played in three Pro Bowls, was the 1978 NFL MVP and was twice named the MVP of the Superbowl. He is a member of both the Pro Football and College Football Hall of Fame.

TODAY: DAY OFF/h3>
Due to a complete lack of sleep and my body’s inability to recover properly from yesterday’s workout, I am chickening out and taking the day off so I can train like a pro tomorrow and not like a decrepid weakling.
