TRAINING NOTES
Well, it had been too long since I had really tested the will and the endurance, so I decided to see if I could squeeze in under the 2-hour mark on a half-marathon. It was a pretty close call, but I managed to squeak by.
That was faster than my time at the half way mark in my marathon run about a year ago, so I guess I’m improving…for some reason.
Anyway, I found it promising. Makes me want to get back into endurance training with a little more dedication, and it was good to see that the endurance work I’ve been doing wasn’t entirely in vain.
